Crocs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX): Just a quick note on today’s (Tuesday’s) chart, which appears to show CROX forming a few-day-long handle on declining volume, which is just what you want to see after a stock forms the right side of its base and nears its former highs. Also positive was…
…today’s little shakeout below yesterday’s lows and subsequent rally on quickening volume in the afternoon to close near the day’s high. CROX options also saw nice volume on the ask side and closed near or on day’s highs. With the earnings report and conference call on tap after tomorrow’s close (as best as we know), Friday is likely to be a high volume day with CROX getting a lot of attention from Wall Street and the media. If a short squeeze develops it will also likely start Friday and run until the forced liquidations are completed. Cheers!
